Uhh.. not that I know of, honestly. Incubators, I assume any "production" area such as most crafting tables, the ranch, breeding pen, logging yard etc would all need to be destroyed.
Long answare: prepare your repositioning :)
Some building will stay if you disassamble your Palbox. You can check which one if you go outside your base and try to build them outside the circle. Higher tier workbeanches, pal breeding cage, Ranche and all the bigger stuff will be disassambled.
But you WILL KEEP the materials (on the ground)!!
Other stuff like foundations, walls and most important storrage boxes will stay intackt and decay over time. But slow enough for you to reposition the palbox.
If you want to rebuild the base at a totaly different spot it is better to first deconstuct everything and store the materials in big boxes. (now after 0.1.4 you can take alot with you as you still can move when overloaded).
Then deconstruct the Pal Box and travel to the new location, build foundations first BEFORE you place the new Pal Box to even out the ground, build the new Pal Box + some storage boxes. After this it's jsut a tiny work now to move all the other stuff/materials from your old to your new bbase.
I don't know if you have to store all your base-working-Pals first, but to be on the save side I stored them first :).
