Any and all of these products can just be purchased from merchants, which you should have a decent amount of money together either from selling pals that you don't need or setting up a decent sized vixy farm.
Or if you want to really grab some great gold go take a run at a base of bandits and capture/sell them to a black marketeer.
Or have a really good mining or logging team that has a 3 in either stat, 3 of each pal, and build up a large amount of rocks or logs that you can sell.
I captured a low level wandering merchant to keep in my base and every time I have a surplus of items I sell them to the merchant and then I can go to the big town in the desert island or the town near the 1st tower boss to buy things I need.
Pretty much the only thing you need to actually go out for is pal fluids and there are many areas of the map you can go to hunt them down very quickly.
One of the beginning islands has large numbers of fuacks and pengullets and there is another area full of gobfins that wander around in large groups.
It's not that difficult to get 100+ pal fluids very quickly in those areas and it lasts a long time if all you are really using it for is making cement.
But, other than that, being able to make literally everything you will ever need at your base would kind of remove all the motivation for ever leaving your base once you've caught enough pals to either breed or run your base.
Technically speaking you could almost do that anyway and fill out nearly the entire pal dex just through breeding and getting a few starter pals, but that's another topic entirely.
