do all relaxurus have the glutton skill?
Every relaxurus i've caught so far seems to have the glutton affinity. Is this intended? or is this just RNG?

Pretty sure it's guaranteed on wild ones. Just breed one from different parents (non-relaxaurus) and you won't get it

It is intended as every Cattiva has the Coward Passive. Your best hope is to find one with more passives then that and breed it with another Pal hopefully losing the Glutton Passive.
