is a Pal with Vanguard super rare? I catch Hundreds of pals but no one has Vanguard

i have several vanguards so its not that bad, though its probably indeed rarer then others

I get a lot of Vanguard for some reason. But that's RNG for you. I've also never seen a lucky, while some see several in the first 20 hours.

some pals also come with fixed modifiers like digtoise they always have 10% more defence
