Try capping game fps at 60 and outputting and 720p. Most people don't watch streams fullscreen anyways so 1080p is largely pointless.
It could also be the fact you're trying to record as well as stream. I would never really recommend doing that unless you have overkill hardware: not sure how youtube streaming works, but if I want a video of my streams, I just export or download my own VODs.
You'd probably get more detailed help if you took the log and posted its results on the OBS forums asking for help.
I could bet half of the people having trouble with OBS Studio and Palworld just dont know how to setup a streaming tool.
