Raise Rushoar's star (pal condensation) and upgrade using souls on his attack (making mining per hit stronger = easier destroy ores)
As for ores I'd recommend set up a mining base - there's plenty spots around map if you explore around where you mind a congregation of ores (5+)
All you need to do is set up a base there (max palbox upgrade atm allow 3 bases iirc), and plant basics - palbox, beds, food basket, box, mining improvement, source of light (id recommend campfires so no need relit them), mining pals.
And you will start soon get lots of ores.
I will probably share my findings of congregations of ores later once i hit level 50 or when i fully unfog whole map.........

It's not listed there. >_<; I guess it's too early days for someone to have worked up an interactive map or properly complete wiki. Which is wild; Icarus had one going *way* faster, and was a lot less popular.
