Issues After the v0.1.4.0 Update
I just finished updating the game. I start pulling Pals out and they all stand around.
I can assign them to tasks then they'll start working...some of them anyway.
Pals assigned to something other than the Ranch path find to a weird spot, and all just stand there, even if assigned to a task.

Has anyone else experienced this, or having other issues?

The newes update is extremely buggy. Japanese text instead of english, not being able to open menus, getting stuck while riding pals, not being able to throw balls or firing arrows and many more
Yes I still have pals that don't do the work I assign them or get stuck in trees/buildings.

AI pathing needs work too. I build a spiral staircase and they can't do anything on the 2nd floor.
A question popped in my mind, are these bugs just in peoples current worlds or also in new worlds after the update?
(I'm currently playing Single Player)

If anyone is willing to experiment and find out that would be appreciated.
my Vanwyrm doesn't fight properly anymore and just path around uselessly during combat and I got some rendering issues in this update...
didn't get the base pal issues, everything seems to work fine with my pals, but I am on a newer save after succumbing to the mindwipe bug on the previous update, and my current base is only level 14 with low-mid level pals.
My game was working fine today. But my friend and I don't play on potatoes. Not saying you are. But that may cause issues.
Bugs so far: Breeding pair will get stuck in a sleeping animation and won't wake up even after a new dawn
Bigger Pals like Jormuns and Blazehowls will still get stuck in the outer base boundaries if they roam freely without a task.

My favorite server is dead / not updated so I can't test things at a high level.

Just got to Lv. 12 and through the journey I haven't noticed anything other than the Pal-Throwing text changed from 'Cancel' to 'キャンセル' and the infinite sphere glitch has been removed. :(

Pals are pathfinding at my base perfectly fine for me. I can lure enemies and they will all engage in combat perfectly fine.

I'm exclusively playing through dedicated servers. I have a couple model-swap mods installed in my pak folder.
Something I've noticed is that my pals I've assigned to breed will fall asleep in the pen and are unable to wake up and work, despite having the working hammer in the pal management menu in the pal box. Redeploying it fixes it but it seems to break after reloading the area, similar to other pal issues in the past.

Transporters also do not transport while unsupervised, leading to massive piles of items when the player returns.
Submit bug reports! Some of my glider pals no longer do their role, so I'm stuck to using the second tier glider like a peasant.

It is early access so bugs should be expected. Although this update seems to have brought a few big ones.
Two of my bases are working way better now. In the third base the Pals still seem to be bugged, but I think the location is messing it up as it was like that before the patch as well (it's on the ice continent where there's a circular ancient building - have heard others having trouble there).

That's where my current base is. That would explain my base issue. Except it's way worse after the update. Before that they were working semi-acceptable.

I also have the Japanese text when aiming spheres. I got knocked under the textures...again, in the 2nd Sactuary area by Big Red.
