new purple base status effects...
It's cool that we got an update that adds additional status effects such as overful, depressed ect at the bases, however there's no way to stop them unfortunately. I suggest in a patch to include ways to prevent the new and innovative status effects at the base no one knew they wanted and I've yet to confirm otherwise.

And I assume they're new since I've never run into them at all and now it's all the stupid time. If I could choose not to have these that would be great too. Like an update to remove a poor update? Just a suggestion.

They're not new, I've gotten them prior to the patch. Even though you can "fix" them via the crafting meds (or buy them for 10,000 each).. I agree, it would be nice to be able to turn off some of these status ailments.

Then again, it is early access.. so it's likely better to have them active so people can encounter them and complain accordingly. XD

These aren't actually new, they're just really hard to actually see unless you neglect and overwork your pals- unfortunately the patch changed something so when you're playing on a server pals continue to lose sanity while you're offline, which causes these illnesses.

OH that's the change so I have to put all my pals away on my solo world befor I quit?♥♥♥♥. Like they all got beds so much food and at least three hottubs, the second tier ones, and I would hope that even if I didn't put away my pals it would not constitute overworking. And if it did some sort of scheduling system and then something on top of that for priorities etc etc, instead they shouldn't do this, it's an annoying pavework of furure headaches to manage this one.

If my pals are automated enough to do their tasks and sleep how are they not automated enough to not overwork? It seems like...they are, and always were yet we got this purple ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

I have noticed that Electricity and some Logging/Mining pals will overwork themselves even with appropriate food and tubs/springs available. I did build the Monitoring Station once in the hopes I could restrict jobs somewhat but it only allowed making them work harder so I destroyed it, leaving them on the default 'light' work setting. Electric are particularly annoying as they insist on overcharging (at 100% with no electric objects in use and they still charge it until they get sick or injured). Even with different work passives (like Workaholic) they still have issues.

I basically pull my electric pal out only when I need a charge, then toss them back in a box. Logging and Mining I've been handling myself.

I'd like to see the monitoring station actually allow prioritizing certain jobs per worker.
Overall they need to make pals recognize their own needs and prioritize them when on the lowest work setting... ideally making them eat for hunger and restore sanity back to a minimum before returning to work... maybe 'light work' could restore to 90-100%, medium could restore to 50-60% and slave driver allows them merely to keep from zeroing out.
