Crashing at Character Customization

Everytime I get to character customization, I get a message saying "A process has crashed: UE-Pal". I tried installing a recent graphics driver, restarting the game, restarting my computer, and just playing the default settings. I'm still getting the same message every time. Does anyone know how to fix this? I don't think I can refund the game.

Your computer specs? Verify the game files. When you crash you must always verify the files and redownload the corrupted files. The files that are corrupted will be replaced and the new ones downloaded.

I'm having this issue, as well, since this most recent patch. If I figure out a fix, I'll post it, for sure.

Try this. go to SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Palworld\Pal\Binaries\Win64. Delete Palworld-Win64-Shipping and Xinput1_3.dll. After that verify the game.

Edit: I forgot to mention. set the launch option to -DX12. This fixes my UE-Pal crash error.
