Failed to Upload Saves to Cloud

Anyone experiencing the same issue as I am? Somehow steam won't be able to sync my save with the cloud, this has been happening for a few days. Not that this is something very concerning but It kinda bugs me to see my save not uploading to Steam Cloud after playing. Steam Cloud works just fine for my other games, and I'm sure there's nothing wrong with the Internet connection...

try clearing your steam download cache, heads up as it will sign you out of steam. This probably isn't a game issue.

1. start system with desired save, change something in world settings, save, exit game from menu
2. restart desired transfer system (reboot pc), load steam

3. you should see it say cloud save data error, then downloading, and then up to date

I've had the issue for months. Each time I quit the game I get cloud error, takes about 15-20mins to clear the error and upload or whatever it does. Internet connection slows to a trickle during the 15-20mins. (If I quit steam the internet connection returns to normal)
