You can also destroy the palbox and replace it somewhere else without destroying your base.
Also, just remove the pallbox, place foundation, then put pallbox on it. keep in mind to keep enough space around it else you can't place the next foundation and/or wall.
Yes, and you can easily rebuild those. The vast majority of everything remains unaffected.
Logic....if you decide to make a base and you know you will have it on a foundation and want the palbox on a foundation, you build the foundation first, then place the palbox on it.
Just make sure the palbox foundation is big, because a single one may not let you connect others to it.
Thats why foundation can be built outside of base radius.
