You absolutely can put a palbox on foundation.

How would that work?!? You need to have a palbox placed (that can't be moved once placed) to be able to place a foundation tile anywhere...

You can place foundation outside of bases.

You can also destroy the palbox and replace it somewhere else without destroying your base.

No, the farm and statue will for sure be demolished once you remove the pallbox, something stay.

Also, just remove the pallbox, place foundation, then put pallbox on it. keep in mind to keep enough space around it else you can't place the next foundation and/or wall.

Yes, and you can easily rebuild those. The vast majority of everything remains unaffected.

Logic....if you decide to make a base and you know you will have it on a foundation and want the palbox on a foundation, you build the foundation first, then place the palbox on it.
Just make sure the palbox foundation is big, because a single one may not let you connect others to it.
Thats why foundation can be built outside of base radius.

They would be smart to not have the palbox be the base anchor.

Has nothing to do with logic... The last time I played was before the recent update, maybe there they changed building foundations without existing palbox. But last time I played it didn't work to first build a foundation and then a palbox on it (and I had too much stuff to demolish the current one and hoping most stuff stays).
