Base disappeared

I've been playing on a private server for 3 days and it's the second time now that my base has completely disappeared while I was offline. Yesterday it happened for the first time and my "neighbor" was online half an hour before me and told me that my base was still there.
I then moved and rebuilt everything and now everything was gone again. Even the Palbox is gone. All items in the boxes, eggs and constructions etc. are gone and some of my Pal's are lying around in the spheres on the floor, which I then have to collect individually. They are marked on the map with a red 'X', like the death points. But that only happens to me. All the other bases are still there, Pal's are hard at work.
The server is set to default settings.
This is slowly becoming really sobering and unfortunately it's taking away a lot of the fun for me. Has anyone had this before or does anyone know how I can fix it?

This just happened to me. I was crafting at my base when suddenly everything went POOF, all structures and furniture gone and all the stuff in my chests strewn about. Palbox gone, so my pals are laying around in their spheres. Neighbour's base is also gone. Official EU server 0133. Did somebody grief the server?

Same problem, happened to me 3 times now on 2 different servers. Logging in 10 hours after last log off to find that everything is gone, except for my own inventory and a few items left on the ground.

Extremely frustrating, and a reason for me not to bother playing anymore, why would you build up if it randomly disappears anyway.

I took this opportunity to realise there are private servers as opposed to just the official ones, so I used the official discord server to find a private server/community to join. So far so good!

I was on NA Server 0077 and was walking through my base when everything spontaneously blew up. My Char died, all the items were gone. This is the second time it happened. This game is going to die quick if the devs don't fix this.

I have an Apex server for Palworld, I don't think its hackers or raids, I've found that not being on for 2 days your base will disappear, 2 of my friends have lost their bases more than once, when not being on for more than 2 days

I don't think it was hackers or raids either, but I was playing the game every evening at that point. But btw it hasn't happened since then and my current base is still there.

I have this problem too, I logged back in the next day was on a dedicated official server and everything disappeared. Even the palbox gone. Fed up with the multiplayer servers now. Absolute crap when you take time to build your base up for it to disappear the next day.

It's not about not playing for x number of days, people (like myself and PeterBuilt to use a more recent example) have seen it happen before our very eyes while playing. Funnily enough I've been playing on an unofficial server with password protection since this happened to me and I haven't had the problem. Definitely griefers.

On a private server I've had this "glitch" deleting base requirements and it exploded a whole pal box letting me only build 1 base from 2 until I did the "PalBox" upgrades quests again to get up to speed.

It was weird.

I got kicked out of my own guild and could "join" it which I declined.

Haven't had the issue since.

If you ever get asked to join a guild and your base explodes, then do it. Its your own guild.

any of you who are experiencing this on official servers -- "Official Servers" are the culprit. either they're being run by admins who start deleting player progress to make room for new ones, server wipes are occurring (deleting *everyone's* progress), or they're getting griefed by hackers/etc.... none of these problems need to exist on private dedicated servers.

stay away from official servers, they're a waste of your time right now and it's practically a guarantee that you *will* lose your progress based on the repeated threads we've seen here.

play solo/co-op, host your own dedicated server, or find a community that won't delete/wipe your progress. Official servers are garbage atm

EDIT: been hosting my own private server for myself and two friends since the game came out. none of us have had any progress deleted or any bases removed or anything of the sort. whether we play or not. staying offline for 2 days does not delete your base, that's outrageous lol

So I asked the "APEX" host server to see whats up . Palworld has a feature if the "Guild" master or just anyone who isn't on after 72 hours. Your guild get dispanded and you lose all your base

I know this is a bit old, but I had the same thing happen to me, I logged today and everything was gone. All 3 of my bases and pal boxes disappeared. Luckily I have backups, but it is a bit outdated so I still lost a lot of stuff.
