Aim reticle too faint?

Does anyone else have an issue with barely being able to see the aim reticle when attacking things? It's such a light grey that it makes it nearly impossible to see. I tried looking at the settings, but wasn't really sure what to look for. Is there any way I can brighten it at all? Or make it more visible somehow? Maybe my old eyes just don't work that well anymore haha
