I'm only playing on the Dedicated NA servers for fun... I run my own LAN server for my wife and I and my grandson. It really is fun playing together (with non-buttholes
Just play singleplayer lol
new mutliplayer online coop pokemon on the pc and we have to play singleplayer because its a mess without any anticheat, full client authority and pubg playerbase.
yeh great success
And when there is AC folks whine about it too "omg so intrusive" and so forth..
One only hopes there's some intern going through server logs flagging repeat offenders who in short time will get the full VAC Banhammer at a hardware level..
But who knows, there's probably discussions going still as to what the best AC will be, what's in flavor and actually works, etc.. For now IT'S SAFER to play offline and that's just how it is.. not the devs fault there's complete a-holes who get their joy from ruining others playtime in the world now is it?
The game just realeased in early access. I don't know what you were expecting, but to me it's not so strange the official servers don't have any protection yet at this stage. Now if for instance we would be talking about the game ARK which has been fully released for years and who's official servers are also still a mess then you would have a point.
Before the game was early access they made the decision to program the game to be client authoritative, this was a mistake for an online multiplayer game, so nothing to do with how its released.
Plenty early access games have anti-cheat and aren't swamped by pubg's playerbase.
How quickly do you think we are gonna get bored of battling the same 3 m8s who bought the game, when pvp is launched?
As long as its stopping cheaters, and letting me have fun.
Easy Anti-Cheat is a paper wall, though. I hope the devs don't resort to something on that level. Multiplayer would die forever.
