I'm level 40, what PAL should I have as my Party?

I see so many Youtube videos that shows me BEST COMBAT PALS. But I wanna build a party that have

- One of each element to combat (preferably)
- One flying moving PAL
- One ground moving PAL
- The flying and ground moving PAL could actually be Shadowbeak I think? But I will not be able to get the saddle that early.

Can help me build one party? My current is like:

- Fenglope
- Beakon
- Warsect
- Jormuntide Ignis
- Anubis

Different parties for different situations! Put together teams. I have my normal explore team, a cave/dungeon team, a resource gathering team and my personal favorite: Sweepa max buffed with 4 Swee's in party haha.

I'm always changing up my team based on where I want to go, but I usually try to have a flying mount for when I just want to scout an area first.

Just use pals you like the best, just like in Pokemon. No reason to have the best OP team really, it's not a hard game

You have way higher than you need tbh.

My typical level 40 party:

Ragnahawk (fast flying mount)
Galeclaw (fast glider)
Leezpunk Ignis (the little red dude with dungeon finder)
Whatever that randomly has mining forman
Whatever that randomly has +25% player movement speed

You should really just grind level 50 by now, I suggest running around wildlife sanctuary 3 in the northeast corner.

Try a team that are/use weapons. A foxparks for flamethrower usage, tocopoco grenade launcher, mossanda for actual grenades, shockhog grenades, so and so forth. It's good fun and extra if you get them with traits that boost your damage and defense. They can still do pal things afterwards but they support you rather then the opposite.

If you want a fixed team; Your flying mount pal, a glider pal, and then your 3 strongest pals.
Or just a flying mount pal and then your 4 strongest pals with the best passives.

If you want pure silly, A strong flying pal and 4 daedreams.

Your team's honestly pretty good.

Fenglope or Pyrins are best in slot for a ground mount, and a fast ground mount with two good attacks (air cannon, wind cutter, etc) is a must for catching.

Anubis is a very strong combat option, even if you build him for work speed. Having a pocket god tier handiworker on your team is extremely useful for when you want to craft or build.

I'd recommend those two, Galeclaw, Verdash, and then Ragnahawk / Faleris / Suzaku for a mount.

If you do Pyrin Noct and Faleris, you have Dark / Normal / Grass / Ground / Fire.

The usefulness of Gale and Verdash can't be overstated, but they require the pal condenser to shine, so you'd probably need two breeding farms going 24/7.

The "+25% Player Speed" pal skills do not give you movement speed. They give you work speed.

The only pal that gives you movement speed is Verdash, and only when out.

right now my main team is dinossum, jetdragon, jormuntide, jormuntide ignis, orsel(i forget, electric dragon).

full dragon team lol... but my side team is jetdragon, gigatoise, penking, warsect, bushi.


if u cant get jetdragon at 40, my other 2 flyers i had were nitewing n vanwyrm, tho im sure theres faster mounts u could get at that level, like raghawk or beakon

well apparently the last two bosses have insane HP pools for which you might want to optimize your team. Generally agree though. Until the it's definitely just a "do whatever you want".

no thats facts. last 2 bosses r crazy... but u can always go into options n adjust damage levels for that.

otherwise u rly gotta get good passives n buff ur pals, even then its gonna be tough

Why is that silly? I am not that far yet, but I always have 3 with me to help me fight and didn't regret it yet...

the best pal in your party is flying pals... get a sadle, craft a machine gun, craft ammo.... kill everything
