Is elemental damage percent bonus better than ATK bonus traits?
For example, would you rather have +15% ATK or +10% Dark dmg?

I may be wrong but wouldn't you rather have +15% damage over +10% damage?

It's not a separate multiplier, so the 15% is better than the 10%.

Musclehead Attack +30% Work Speed -50%
Ferocious Attack +20%
Sadist Attack +15% Defense -15%
Lucky Work Speed +15% and Attack +15%
Legend Attack +20%, Defense +20%, and Movement Speed +15%
Then there's a passive that gives +20% to an elemental damage

So, pick Musclehead, Ferocious, Legend, and either the element that the Pal uses or Lucky (Sadist if you dont have Lucky, but you already got legendary in here so. . .)

Depends on your build.

Stacking Gobfin's Partner Skill will made you an insane damage dealer. But then again, stacking the Sweepa and Swee partner Skills are also pretty godly. But unless you're exploiting a specific elemental weakness, the more neutral the better. Id say.

Personally, I would drop Lucky/elemental atk for Swift if it's a mount. 70% atk, 20% def, 45% movement spd is a lot better than 85% atk, 20% def and 15% movement spd, imo. If it's not a mount I would use Burly Body instead, for 70% atk, 40% def and 15% movement spd. The extra defense is useful because Pals don't really dodge attacks like you do.

True, unless all you care about is attack. Like if you're in a group doing a boss battle, maybe one guys the tank and the rest are dmg dealers. Its all situational and what you prefer, but the OP was talking about just attack so i listed out all (or most) of the best dmg passives.
Elemental moves are multiplicitive, not additive to attack boosts. All +attack is added (1+.15+.30 etc) and then elemental move boost passives are multiplied (1.45x1.2).
Your best sets for attacking (and some defense for survivability) would have passives along the lines of Legend, Demon God, Serenity, and the legendary elemental boost (Divine Dragon, Earth Emperor, I've Emperor, etc) which you want to align with its typing for STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus) for another multiplicitive boost.

Ayoooo. This thread started two weeks into the early access launch where people were still trying to figure out the formula and such.
