Im pretty sure all pals can be shiny/lucky. its just The RNG rolls for them to spawn.

Yes, all PALS can be Lucky with two exceptions. Legendary and Boss PALS do not.

Any pals that dont spawn naturally cant be shiny normally, you can through breeding give them the trait- but they dont get the size increase.

The size increase is honestly just a detriment for any Pal bigger than tiny, so I'm glad it doesn't transfer that through breeding.

YES you can actually use WeMod to give yourself every pals LUCKY
