PETA issue a guide to play Vegan in Palworld
As the title suggest.
I´ve seen my share of post, that talks about animal cruelty and so forth. Well PETA has made an official tweet with a guide attached on how to play PETA as a Vegan and how it can be acceptable.

https://twitter.com/peta/status/1751005807393599645
Here you go for the guide
https://www.gamesandwich.com/features/the-ultimate-vegan-palworld-guide-survive-palpagos-island-with-your-morals-intact/

There are also a few youtubers, that have showcased how this is done.
Hopefully this will make both the PETA members and other groups of people happy and respect eachothers choices.

Have a wonderful day all.

It is completely vegan to eat plant pals.

I mean, you can cause some havoc on a vegan group with that, what makes something vegan? No animal cruelty? Then can we consider pure plant type pals to not be animals and therefore okay to beat, eat, kill, farm?

But if it is respect for life then aren't plants alive too?

If it is about pain can we consider the chemical signals that most plants have when they are being chopped, stepped, eaten being signs of capability of feeling pain too?

Eh I figured I'd chime in as a vegan who absolutely loves this game.

So for starters:
1. most of us are not insane and can distinguish realty from a game.
2. The point of Veganism is to cause as little harm as possible, it's impossible to cause no harm because the very act of living causing millions of microbial life around us to die.
3: Things that are not sentient / sapient as far as we can tell are fair game.
4: F*** plants, they have had it good for too long!
5: I actually hate animals and so I eat plants to deny them that extra bit of food they could have had.

Hope this answer your questions!

Maybe

Thank you for your take.
I do agree that we can´t get around harming other living things (plants are included in this) but we can try to make it as humane as possible and live in different ways.

The issue is, that I doubt most people would like to live from a nutrient paste, made from ie. seaweed and mealworms (albelt, from a green cycle and healthy perspective, that would be the way to go)

Its a hard debate and most likely better suited for off topic.
That being said, its still nice that some can play as they want to in this game (more people to play) and its also great that we could debunk the "PETA is on a crusade" as many wrote.

This game will grow, with the big support people have put up for it (people basically fundraises it here in EA)

And after that kind of BS they say veganism isn't a cult ... Well, the priest explained to his sheeps how to be a good veganist in the middle of filthy heretics like us. How gentle of them, really ... :')

What do you mean?
Veganism is a lifestyle, not a cult.

Not everybody wants to follow these guides, some Vegans actually just play games and don´t care (we have a few in this thread) but its nice to have a guide, for people that do want to project this into their gameplay.. my point is that its fine everybody can play how they want to.

The main goal of the post, was ofc to debunk the "PETA is on a crusade against Palworld" when its not the case.

Yeah, the Jehovah's guys just want to "guide" others too, but everyone else see them as annoying guys who knock on other's doors to speak nonsense to them uninvited.

The main goal of the post is to spread an ideology no one here care about, to use Palworld's popularity to spread your "guidance", just like a cult.

I'll be direct here, I was called a "murderer" enough by your friends because I eat normally and seen enough butchers being attacked by some vegan activists not to believe a single word you may say. Think twice before starting a war next time, peoples tend not to forget how they were treated in the past.

Yes, Let me take any care about the happiness or the words from an animal saving company that kills 70% of those animals they claim to save...

You can´t compare a lifestyle to a religion, unless your main argument, is that every person that is Vegan is also Jain.. but that would be pretty.. well...

Veganism does not have you believe in a higher power or worship them, to follow the lifestyle. You don´t need to do anything related to superstitious ideas..
We could take a philosophical approach ofc.. and talk about that its a way of living that seeks to exclude as much as possible, all forms of exploitation, cruelty or even foodstock/clothing usage of animals (this includes humans btw)

Basically they just promote alternatives, but they do not force anyone and there is no rituals and so forth..

So I hope that debate is closed.

If there was a JW guide for them to play Palworld and it does not hurt other people (I doubt any guide would) then I would support that as well.. the more people that can play and have fun the better.

Have a wonderful day.

I'm not a vegan, but after what you could see in the trailer and how fun it is to watch the Pal at work, I would like to see more ingredients for more buff food.

But you would need larger zones for more fields or even fruit and nut trees.

Tagging and breaking stores, attacking storeowners and employees for no reason, insulting peoples as an usual tactic and so on. From my point of view vegans always treated others like ♥♥♥♥ and deserve to be held accountable now. So stop your propaganda and begin by teach your own how to behave first. You pretend to care about animals, but you should learn to treat fellow humans properly too.

Again, vegans can't treat others like ♥♥♥♥ and hope that everybody will forget about it later. Nothing you may say interest me, as I know the methods of your cult.

Please stop making to overly biased and political biased.
Not every vegan acts like this, just like (name x member of a organization, lifestyle, religion, etc) do x or y.

Its great that we have a guide for people that want to play Vegan
