Mossanda Feedback
Mossanda's fall/float. It looks cool, but often leaves Mossanda open to a ton of damage in fights. Mossanda slowly and majestically t-posing to the ground is an easy, predictable trajectory and even spastic, inaccurate attacks from opponents have no issue capitalizing on the massive opening. I'm not sure how this can be tweaked, but it feels like it should be.

I feel like the trade off is that he hits like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ truck

Lucky! I've played quite a lot and Mossanda rarely reliably hits like any type of vehicle, let alone a truck. Most of Mossanda's stock attacks are slow, so it takes a miracle for an opponent to be in the right place for collision. The single best move I've ever seen is the lightning fist move that Mossanda Lux has, because it has a slight homing element. However, since it has knockback, Mossanda Lux spends the rest of the fight after a successful hit never reaching the opponent again before all that t-posing gets it killed.

Even if Mossanda does hit, it spends so much of its time t-posing that the trade is hardly worth it. If I wanted a Pal that could reliably hit exactly once for massive damage then get K.O.ed, I'd just go with a Tocotoco.

It's probably an unpopular opinion but i actually spent time breeding Mossanda Luxs, I managed to get Ferocious, Muscle head, Runner and Swift onto him. While his fall is indeed incredibly slow and while it does leave your ass wide open to receive the biggest of attacks, i actually find that it does help in some spots

- With those traits it makes Mossandas a very good general mount, your relatively quick, you have a "fall/glide-ish" that allows you to control your direction (relatively) and great combat ability so if your running around farming honey or something then it makes it pretty easy

The starting abilities on Mossandas suck horrible however if you hand them the right fruits then they can veeery quickly become amazing boss killers, Currently the one im using im able to solo most bosses at level 40 on vanilla settings (i struggle to find jetragon and Astegon though)

All i can really say is if you give it the right abilities then its pretty useful, If not then literally anything else is better

Oh, yeah! If you cross-breed any Pal to get all the best traits, then give it great moves, it'll probably be really good! I ended up with a Lucky Cremis with Draconic Cannon, and despite Cremis being a pretty okay Pal, the trait and attack earned it a near permanent slot in my Party. It's currently my single-highest damage-dealer. There's no denying that with work, care, and changing basically everything about a Pal, it can be awesome. But, we can both agree Mossanda's stock moveset leave it in a bit of a bind in most battles. I just think Mossanda deserves better.
