Issues with steam cloud

I've been having issue steam cloud for this game. I play this game on my desktop at home and on my laptop when I'm away from home. I've had an issue twice now where my game will not be saved into the steam cloud on my desktop, though it says it says it synched. When I open my laptop and open the game it is saved to the last save I made on my laptop. I've ensured that my desktop finishes uploading to the steam cloud, I made sure that my laptop and desktop has steam cloud enabled, yet somehow I have never received a warning saying my game is out of synch on my laptop and the saves act like they are not connected to each other even though my desktop will synch to what my laptop's save was.

I have not had this issue with any other game so I think it might be an issue with the game, though I'm not entirely positive. Can anyone tell me if they've had this issue or suggest a solution?

Yup, i have problem with steam cloud as well.
I am using my PC as a main machine and i also use SteamDeck. The problem is for getting cloud on Deck.
I've tried to restart, clear cache, reinstall and nothing worked so far.
But when i launched PC again it asked me if i want my cloud save (SteamDeck's new game literally) or my local files.
