You can buy wheat from trader or grow your own with the wheat plots.

In the cooking pot, you'll need:
Berries (gathered everywhere)
Milk (Mozzerina in a ranch)
Honey (catch and/or ranch cinnamoth, beegarde, elizabee, or warsect)
Eggs (catch and/or ranch chikipis)
Flour (grind wheat at a mill with a water pal, get wheat from a wheat farm)

And a fire pal that can do kindling tasks. It takes awhile for each cake, so I suggest hunting around for one that's at least level 2, like Arsox.

You don't have to do all that to make cake. The merchant sells 4 of the items you need. So all you really need is tons of gold from running dungeons, which you should already be doing, and you can buy a cake for a bit over 2000 gold. By focusing on gold farms instead of "cake" farms, you can come out ahead. The biggest expense if you want to save money is the wheat. The vendor sells the 15 wheat you need for 1500 gold. The eggs and milk he sells cheap, along with the berries.

you can set more than one pot down and have 3-4 going at the same time, then you have your pal's do all the work, you can also stack them.

Loupmoon are cute and they're good base pals for things like sphere and ammo production.
