Recommended Server Hosting Providers?
I am interested in paying for a 32 player hosted server for Palworld (not interested in hosting it myself). I am looking for recommendations for hosting providers and how much space/ram/etc is actually needed run a 32 player server.

If anyone has an expertise on it, suggestions would be appreciated. I don't know much about some of these sites that are posted on the wiki and the list seems to be growing by the day. Biggest thing is going to be stability for us along with up-time, as this server's intended use is for a 4k member Discord server's main play space for Palworld (Yes, we will probably get more than one server.)

no server can handle this game, just 4 people will bring down the tick rate of 60 to 20 because of pals doing AI stuff.

I don't think any hosting providers have set aside servers for this game yet. It's barely over a week old.

I'm using shockbyte for a 32 player server, aside from the occasional game glitches we haven't had any real issues.

I just switched from Nitrado to Gportal. There is a bit of lag here and there on Gportal but it's pretty solid. Avoid Nitrado, they oversell spaces or something and every server right now is dropping you out of game every 10-20 minutes and takes 5m to log back in. This means the boss rooms you have to teleport into never get rid of their 1hr respawn timer as it keeps resetting when the server crashes. On top of that you'd lose the last 3-5m of your game time on whatever you were doing. Nitrado may improve eventually, but me and my friends of 8 or so were very frustrated.

Thank you for this info! This is 100% why I posted asking about this.

There have been providers since Day 1, the official list on the wiki has over 20+ entries now with different sites.

Using gportal as well. Had some issues at first but they credited me a few months free for the trouble. Good business

Nitrado is honestly just a scam site at this point. I've yet to hear anything good about it. Even cancelling servers is a hit or miss since they'res been times a friend tried to cancel a server, got the confirmation and was still being charged for it.
Gtxgaming is ok but good luck getting any help from them.

What package did you decide to buy?
Ares__Morningstar Jan 28, 2024 @ 8:53pm
Grizzbolt plan, Real time CPU (probably overkill), 10GB Ram (hasn't been an issue since it's only used 8gb but might need more as the bases grow)

In terms of performance theres been no issues outside of anything that isn't the games own fault for being in pre-release.

Seems gportal is all sold out for US servers atm. Any other recommendations?

Shockbyte is the only one I use since they have good support and they have servers still

Hands down one of the best providers. They have:

* Custom control panel
* One click modding support **when released!**
* Cheapest prices I've found at only **$6.40 for 10 slots**
* 24/7 support
* World wide locations
* DDoS Protection

https://www.survivalservers.com/services/game_servers/palworld/

Survival Servers has fully custom control panel for Palworld and they were one of the most fully featured config editors when ARK came out with mods.

There is also a fully fledged configuration editor for every variable currently allowed in Palworld. They also have off-site backup & restore.

Once Palworld has mods, this game is going to pop off!

We switched from G-portal to Dathost. G-portal as host created a lot of lagg with 10 to 20 players. As we switched to Dathost the lagg was almost nothing, at least A LOT less then G-Portal as host.

We gained up to 20 - 30 fps for the players.
