turn solo servers into an IDLE server

with how I can establish my working camps with pals basically I can just be idle

however I can't do that because my pals don't collect resources nor do incubation times go down when I leave the game I have to keep the game running.

So just allow timers and resources to be collected when the game is off

couldn't the same thing be achieved with a deadicated server? *woulds till have to have your comp running it. though you wouldn't have to be on.*

doesn't even need to be a dedicated server just keep track of idle progress like phone games
