The electric medical station lets you craft a drink that lets you respec.
It takes a metric ton of mats to make though.
After unlocking the makeshift handgun, I'd say it seems like the guns do a pretty significant amount of damage as I've seen it do 1,000 in a single hit multiple times.
Using pals in the pals game still seems simpler to me than trying to remake it into a flat out 3rd person shooter, but whatever works for each person, that's the magic of this game I think, haha.
That's the thing, though. I was doing it against a relaxasaurus, and they seem to spawn between 15-20 (I'm 27 for reference). To be fair, it only did it rarely on a critical hit, so I have no idea if it's a bug, but after seeing that happen I'm pretty convinced the guns are amazingly useful compared to every other weapon type.
1000 carry weight
300 stamina.
Then again, not claiming to be a super expert here, but sure is not my experience even with blue handgun which has like 1/3rd more damage per shot base damage. 1000 feels more like hitting a sleeping non-boss pal in the eye.
Edit: Poped in the game very fast and shot random lvl 16 in the desert with an assault rifle, which has the same base as makeshift gun I think, and headshots were for 800-900, so there is actually very good chance I'm just wrong and too stuck on bosses, haha.
Against a lvl 49 dark boss it takes 5 shots with my 12 ammo shotgun to kill the boss.
I can't shoot a non boss lvl 40 enemy without killing it.
A lvl 45 fire boss died in 5 shots with half shots missing vital point.
The only enemies that prove any challenge is the legendary pals and tower bosses.
Normal bosses does not have time to use their first attack.
(I hope they add some content that is inbetween normal bosses and the towers/legendary pals)
and dont worry, mid end game, one food can reset your stats if you want to check the damage/defense....i think its quite useless until you get a team with lot of attack/defense. and upgraded weapon plan
3000 Health Points
1000 Carry Weight
200 Stamina
Flying Mount made stamina less important. But my 200 Stamina was so useful when climbing the Volcano where I found my Huge Dragon Egg. :P
But some of you are right. I am just level 29.
I am appreciate the high level insights. I don't really want to respec unless I really have to and I am not going to do it until the bugs are worked out. I will say that my 190 Stamina has been a great help to me thus far. Whatever the theory crafting is for beating final bosses, having to stop and rest less improves my enjoyment of the game so its a good investment I think.
Attack Formula: [100 + (2* Stats Points)] + % (Gears + Pals);
It's not a % addition.

It is fine to play in any way, with stamina you can use more sliding down slopes (sprint and crouch / shift+C) and then jump and use a glider for longer, a fun alternative way to travel other than just using a flyer.
