Latest patch seems to have broken my freezer.

Had patch waiting for me today. Once done i logged in and my little ice hedgehog and my pengins are ignoring the freezer. I have tried throwing them at the freezer and it says no work. I tried removing the box and rebuilding it. I moved the box to another spot. Nothing seems to be working. I had an ice vanwyrm i added tot he base and he is not icing either. I also knowticed my wixens are not smelting my ores atm either.

Any ideas, on ways of fixing this?

had same issues, just wait them a bit or built another freezer, either works for me.

thanks, i will give it a shot. weird that rebuilding the freezer did not work then, but perhaps i just need to wait a bit longer

you have to actually have food in the freezer for them to bother with it, i've found out testing it earlier.

When it says no work available, sometimes it means the pal has not enough space to stand. For refrigerator, the floor area around the refrigerator has to be clear so that the ice pal can sleep next to it.

well the ice box i was using was working for days, the little hedghog had no issues pathing. It just stopped working today. so i tried all the normal stuff to reset the pals and it so far has not worked.

Pals you manually assign seem to periodically break now. Try removing them from your base and adding them again. If that doesn't work, try rebuilding the station.

i think i found my issue, i installed mod that stopped spoiling, so i think the pals view the freezer as empty and have nothing to do with it. Did not really want to stop the spoiling completely but there is no option for slowing it down in the settings.

I double down on Jarvis Thank you so much bro. The fridge need to have something in it in oder for the pal to work... HOt dam got me so confuse ngl
