Who is your number one "Good Boy/girl"

so I'm admittedly not an optimizer and was wondering if anybody else has a favorite Pikachu style stand in? the Pal always at your Side no matter if he is outclassed by bigger rare Pals..for me its Chillet no doubt, that goofy curious expression he watches with is a heart melter.

Leezpunk is my favorite by far. But Wixen is my strongest, especially with his fire buff to my damage. That said, you can make any Pal viable so use what you like. All pals have the same base stats, and all pals gain the same amount of stat points when they level up, however their species dictates where they put those points. You can breed really good passive skills onto your pals you like to pump their stats even more. For instance I have an all attack build I go for that is Musclehead + Ferocious + Lucky + Legend for a total of +85% attack, +20% defense, +15% movespeed, and -35% work speed. Great for making a really strong party pal.

My Direhowl who I consider my 'starter.' Also working on a Rayhound for first one I pass Legend to.
Fast cavalry units that are small enough to speed through doorways are the most fun.

i use chillet for zipping through dungeons to get to the end fast. helzephyr for travel.

For base, Anubis. For fight Faleris. Not even sure why the good old birdie murders everything, but between the Phoenix strike and Ignis rage he sure does. Also rocks for flying and general traveling.

Cuteness and general appeal... Not sure yet.
