Requirements to run Palworld - Hardware
I downloaded the game but cannot play due to my processor being too weak. My PC is older and I cant afford to replace it, but replacing the processor is a possibility. Would a processor in the Core i7 series (example the i7-3520M 4M Cache, 2.90 GHz) work? Has anyone tested this? If not, what would the best i5 series option be? If it matters, my PC is a Dell Latitude E5430 Laptop.

Pretty sure if you scroll down on the store page for the game it lists the system requirements.

Since you can't play and you can't upgrade just get a Steam refund. Can't play means yer under the 2 hour mark.

fyi, any UE5 game should not be attempted on a Dell anything. . .

There is absolutly zero way that Thing would run, and the CPU is your last Problem.
That Thing doesnt even have a GPU...

impossible to play a game, even if you could load the world up you will get 2-4 fps.

refer to Passmark CPU score and my gathered fps data:
Ryzen 5 1600 ≈ 12k (~60 fps)
Intel i7 4770M ≈ 7k (~30fps)
Intel i5 8400 ≈ 9k
Intel I5 10400 ≈ 12k
Intel i7 3520M ≈ 3k
Intel N4100 ≈ 2k (2fps)

I would suggest you to start search at the level of Intel i5 10400 alike upward.
