Egg Timers?

What is the setting for a custom server to get egg timers down to normal numbers? Currently rocking over 24 hours for a comfortable huge egg. I've tried uping the vlaue from 72 and ive tried reducing it to 2.

PalEggDefaultHatchingTime, but you need to restart the server to get it to update. I have played around with a few settings and liked 4 personally.

Doing away with the incubation timer in custom settings is what I'd heartly recommend. Then again, some may take pleasure in seeing paint dry for hours on end.

I found the issue, while the server has to be restarted you also have to take any eggs currently in incubation out and place them back in to adjust to the new setting

Personally I didn't like removing a game mechanic entirely, at least not in my first world/playthrough. Favorable conditions gives me about an hour or two to hatch most eggs. I have several incubators and do other stuff while they are cooking. I am fine with it so far, maybe I will dislike it if I decide to farm for ideal traits, but are ideal traits really an accomplishment if you just get them almost immediately lol.
