but I do agree, having it be settable as part of the server settings would be nice.
I agree though. 10 minutes feels like a pvp balance thing and out of place for PvE where it just means idling for 10 minutes.
I just disagree with you though. The time is too long regardless. There is no purpose to it from my perspective. And if there is a reason for it, it clearly doesn't apply to how I play the game.
Maybe I dont want to do the boring resource grind right now. Or maybe i have no need to do it, and want to, I dont know, participate in the actual gameplay instead of sitting around with my thumb up my arse because I misjudged just how much Boss X is overtuned.
To be fair the issue with that is pals randomly dying due to bugs and not the timer itself.
Yeah but the problem is how often it happens. 1 out of 5 times I teleport to any of my bases, I wind up with at least 1 pal incapacitated because the game spawned him in an invalid location. Why should I have to wait 10 minutes because of a bug that happens frequently?
You shouldn't but that wasn't my point. my point was once they fixed the bug you wouldn't run into the timer in that situation at all. Do you really want to change mechanics because of bugs instead of trying to just fix the bug? I see the other arguments. Yours just seemed like focusing on the wrong issue :P
