DEDICATED SERVER NO LONGER WORKING

a few days ago I made a dedicated server and multiple people connected just fine. However starting yesterday, nobody can connect but me. I haven't changed anything and it was working after the patch update but now it's not. Anyone else who hosts a dedicated server experience this?

I don't even know how you get a server online for people to join. I followed a tutorial and I can get into my own server - but it seems my friends cant find it. So ... there are other reports that the server stuff is a major letdown.

If they cant find it, its because you didnt host it as a community server, if they cant connect to it, its because you didnt port forward correctly.

save the headache and just buy a dedicated server for a few bucks a month. not worth the headache otherwise

Check your portforwards internal IP, it's possible if you didn't manually assign a static Internal IP the port forwards are no longer pointing to the hosting pc. thus making noone able to connect anymore.

yes thats the problem. I made the dedicated server and people played with me for 2 days. then today it randomly stopped working completely.
