Key bindings

Soo i like the game, but since i personally have issues with my fingers/hands. I can`t use the default key bindings in games. Most of the action bindings i can change. but the F, crouch,run,desend binding i can`t. In other games have have those changed to my Logitech mouse, cus it has multible programable buttons. But in this game its impossible to change them. So infact the biggest challenge with the game for me, is to actually use my character. Would been very nice if Devs could actually do something with those issues.

I don't play with "WASD" but rather old school with cursor control and therefore I have to adapt the key assignment to my needs. However, this is only possible to a limited extent, there are keys that I am not allowed to change and there are keys (for example the numpad) that I am not allowed to use or edit.
I think left-handed people might also have a problem with this and so I would like to know whether this will be changed and if so, when? I would also like an answer within the next few days so that I can return the game if nothing changes.
