[Suggestion] Handiwork Pals should restore durability of things in your base following raids.
Currently, Handiwork Pals feel kind of odd. I usually only want a couple of them as the trait is rather niche, and most Handiwork stuff I can do myself way faster.

To remedy this, and because having to individually check every part of my base for damage is just tedious, I think Handiwork Pals should be able to restore your damaged base parts.

Weird, I swear I've seen my Loupmoons hammering away at non workable structures such as beds and high quality spa after a raid, as if they're repairing.

i think they do as long as you have repair kits for them to use

It's super finicky but they do. And I'm not sure if it's actually working when they do it too.
So it's finicky and buggy.

That would explain it.

Craft repair kits, they will use them.

Probably because you have repair kits in a chest

Oh, that makes sense, because 1 time I felt like making a stack of 20 repair kits for the hell of it. They probably got used up without me noticing them disappear.

Also unrelated, but I think raids scale to your base level, not your character level, so things got out of control when I focused too much on upgrading the base.

I found out that maybe is because the tech when I got the incubator on my base the raid level scaled from lv 6-10 to lvl 16-19 (two relaxasaurus raids in a row after my tech upgrade)

Ahhhh, I just realized they do indeed to it if you have the repair kits. God, that requires so many though, namely since they'll fix anything with so much as 1 damage. Maybe repair kits could be buffed to be a tool they carry around in that case?

Nah, it's definitely base level, I stopped upgrading the base when it hit the 15 pal limit, and the raids never passed level 30, even though I'm now level 43.

yeah repair kits seem very inefficient, i'm hoping they get buffed, or maybe there's a better one that i haven't unlocked yet
Darkon Jan 27, 2024 @ 8:52am
Yeah repair kits are underperforming and not worth the resources
Teratus Jan 27, 2024 @ 8:57am
I've not noticed this tbh, I have repair kits but usually they just move them around.
Haven't noticed anything actually being repaired.

Sometimes repair kits cause pathfinding issues and don't work, that is why
