Yes, but not only is it treated like a Grizzbolt, it's incredibly weak.

The only result you'll ever get from a Zoe+Grizzbolt + Partner egg is Chikipi.

That's not true, I bred her with a relaxasaur and got an Ozark

But then tried again with the Ozark, and got a chikipi twice in a row.

Had no idea how breeding worked, thought maybe it's more than one result. Now I see it's not. But maybe zoe is just too weird. We need to try her with everything to see because I definitely got a huge dragon egg on the first breeding
