Whats the use of traps?

Since they are buildings you have to carry around the resources to build them, they also dont seem to work properly, i placed one under a pal but it didnt do anytthing, are they only for base defense?

In my experience, yes, they are for base defense only and have to be replaced once activated.

Yeah, i think the game intends for you to use them to prepare for raids or something. Maybe you could set up traps in fields to catch pals? I dont really know tbh.

Never used it, but there are some traps that works on specific pals, smaller trap only works on smaller pals and humans and bigger traps on bigger pals. Again never tested so I guess it will only work inside of your blue circle base but think it could work anywhere, just need resources to build and inside the base is easier to build.

I heard that if we let the black marketers hang by trap, we can easily win. and I heard that we can make money using this method.
