pal is injured/weakened

my pal eikthyrdeer was injured from idk what then it says it’s weakened so i looked it up & people were saying to give it high grade medicine, so i did… now it says it’s eyes are bloodshot & it’s confused. what in the hell is going on

There's a better pal bed than just straws, make it. It will heal injuries overnight

Minor/Major Injuries and Incapacitated are purely just "how low health is this/is it dead?"

Typically anything that needs medicine are purple statuses, like "Ulcer" or "Depression"

Just as a heads up bloodshot eyes could be a sign of depression, exhaustion, or starvation. So don't forget to check on their sanity level and if any food they have is restoring sanity (Uncooked food will only feed them but not return sanity)
