Theres medicine to cure the sickness. You can craft or build from merc . The early location is near first tower boss.
Just make thousands of baked berries and get the smallest feed bag.
A single berry plantation can produce enough berries to keep 12+ Pals fed as long as none of them have "glutton" traits or some such.
Once you have a surplus, put them in your campfire/cooking pot and throw em in the feedbox when done. (and keep liek 100 or so in your feed bag on your person)
I have like 5k baked berries in my feed box and 1.2k unbaked.
OH also, they eat the first item on the left in the box. SO make sure baked is first and not plain.
I'll try all 3 medicines later. I'm pretty sure I tried High Grade already, because i used that for Weakness on the same person like an hour or so before they became overfull, but I'll give it another go
It's the Low Grade Medical Supplies, the "green soup".
as you said, you dont see the description on medicine about which thing they can do. I mean i got confuse first time see it too. Then i never care check them again since i know this game still EA and alots of thing not yet come in full . So most of time i just put all 3 medicine in mine pocket and right click try all of them.
My quick google :
"Overfull is a medical sickness in Palworld that causes stress eating in Pals and you can cure with Low Grade Medical Supplies. Learn how to treat Overfull, what you need to build to treat your Pals, and why this disease occurs."
LOL I guess I could have Googled it huh? lmao
But yea, the med descriptions need fleshing out for sure. I remember my first broken bone patient, i'm like "well a fracture isn't necessarily a break, so IS that the right one?"
Thanks though for helping clarify
