One of the wandering merchants sell this med for 10,000 coins. Which is a whole lot, and honestly not sure what it is good for since all the drug says it does is control dissidents. Which I'm not sure what that means in terms of game-play?

a pal whit 0 COR could go wild so u use that, i asume that for the desc. of the med and COR stat

Oh, can't say I have ever had that problem. The biggest med issue I hve had so far is a human getting a fracture, which in the current EA can not be healed since they don't have a feed interaction menu.
