Mounts with wings should FLY

Several mounts in the game have wings but dont fly and can only be rode on the ground, example of this is Maraith, it has wings but cannot fly, (its a horse with wings) this should be changed so that any mount with wings should be able to fly and also increase the base flying speed, you can run faster than you can fly
