difference between the pal trader and black marketeer?

is there any difference with these 2 types of traders? as far as i know, they seem identical.

black market sell more good stat pals and rare pals

They both sell pals but the Black Marketeer typically sells rarer pals. I've seen him have variants before (Pals with different dual element typing).

so he just sells rarer pals? well thats kinda disappointing. when i first saw him, i was expecting him to sell strong and expensive items, especially those that are considered illegal. and heck maybe you'd get in trouble for owning them if the settlement guards find out you have some on you.

Maybe later on he will be more than just a pal trader, but for now that's all he does.

yeah true, the game is in early access after all. he does have potential like for example, he could give you a side quest to smuggle something illegal into a settlement and sell it to somebody that wants this item or pal.
