It feels outdated and the mechanics are clunky.
If they get sad and hungry or otherwise hurt they can acquire an injury, which takes the form of a status effect that requires various medicines.
Then it genuinely seems like the only way to cause it is to either throw them into battle with low hunger or set up one of those booths and max their workspeed, and I'd much rather have the medicine heal health than what seems like a fairly rare status.
