Question about catching traders
So question as it states....if i catch say a trader with a static location will that npc ever respawn? also same question but for the wandering traders
Écrit par eat my sass:
I've caught 2 thugs, 1 pal merchant, and 3 traders. They all buy and sell just fine for me, and the NPCs respawn in about 3 hours

I caught all 3 merchants at the Dune Marketplace

I won't bash you with the morality of it but its not worth the ball investment. they won't sell anything if you catch them, and they have no skills.
I learned npcs respawn after I accidentally shot one of the people in the village and had to kill them in self defence

The only worthwhile use of using humans is if you want the cheapest possible way to operate a fully stacked conveyor belt factory, since they only have the handiwork skill and only need the smallest amount of food possible. But you might as well use syndicate goons or the free pal terrorists for that as a form of karmic retribution.

im.....im going to need you to tell me more about this, My buddy saw a black market dude in the tier 2 area right after the starting zone and we both threw all our balls at him and i was just the lucky one to catch it so currently thats the only one i own
If i may, a follow up question here:
If the trader captured was lvl 1, then levels up, does his wares reflect the level up or are they static from when first captured?

I have no information to back this up but im going to say no because every trader is the same level dependant on what the trader is
This i dont agree with?
Human trader lvl 1 and human trader lvl 20 have different wares.

I think he means fusion rank

Humans at rank 4 are something else... good luck getting the components needed to level them

possibly because they are 2 different traders since the traders themself are level locked. remember even though they have the same name does not mean they are the same npc
No, i am talking normal levl up, not advanced level up or breeding :)
Well i will test it more once i reach that point again.
But thank you for this thread which is actually about the game and not some nonsense :)

If you go straight west from the desert tower travel point you hit a chasm drop down theres a mineshaft with a level 50 black market trader who pals automatically attack he summons a helzephyr also lvl 50 to defend him.
First time I found him he had the boss tag, just went to find him again and he didnt so idk how he works but the first time I found him is the only time ive seen one of them with a boss tag
