Do we know when mod support will be introduced?

I wanna buy but I wanna wait until there's mod support, as a dev has promised. And it's not on the roadmap they released.

People are already modding the game. Just check out the nexus mods listing[www.nexusmods.com]. There are even already some nude mods for it!

There's already some mods, but after reading the patch notes and them mentioning going hard on some cheats. I'd be careful, you don't know what they'd consider to be cheats.

The game JUST came out, so it'll be some time before that even comes to the table. Pocketpair is seemingly more focused on patching out glitches and bugs before introducing features, which I imagine is going to include Workshop. Currently, you're just going to have to manually search and patch mods wherever they might be, if at all.

That confuses me, though. Because apparently there's plan to add mod support. Does that mean they're planning to make it easier to add mods? Or make it so mods are more capable altering the game? (Like how some games only have small mods like music changes)

The road map says they are adding Steam workshop for mods. My guess is it'll be one of the last things done though. Which, if you've not encountered it before, workshop, means you can add the mods right from Steam easily.

Nexusmods and Curseforge maybe? Try looking around before asking.

People have been modding the game since it's inception, however, you can hope to get official mod support towards the end of EA or post full release.
