our nitrado server doesn't have crashes, just a lot of lag. but it is only 2 players (me and my partner).. i have a reminder to reboot the server before each play session. nitrado is not good imo

Im on Nitrado too. I fixed it with turning off events.
In the .ini file turn "bEnableInvaderEnemy" to false.
Since then 0 crashes.
doesn't work for us ...

It's not a setting it's the fact these companies are giving between 8 and 10 GB of ram. I have been running tests on my home server and the game has been stable for 3 days straight with 5 people playing with 3 camps each all running full. It is currently taking up 26 gb of ram which is way more than these "professional" server companies are running. There are a few that use dynamically scaling ram systems but most of them just scam people.

Through some testing I only crash on my local host if i enabled RCON.

Other settings enabled without crashes for me:
- PVP Damage (on)
- PVP (on)
- Is Multiplayer (on)
- RCON (OFF)

~ Note PVP does not work with these on for some reason

Local VM Settings for the server (Dell poweredge 720)
- OS: Win Server 2022
- 6 Cores to the CPU
-16 GB RAM
-200 GB Storage

You're right,
My Server on nitrado crashed today 2 Times.
I checked my Log and found this:

29 Jan 2024 23:20:34 +0100 Memory Leak detected. Current memory usage exceeds the limit (21572MiB out of 21504MiB). Stopping the server to preserve system stability.

IT Looks Like the Server need a Bit more RAM than 25gb
Nitrados Server ist Limited to 21,5Gb

your problem is your using nitrado. only reason that scumbag company still exists is they get contracts that force players to only be able to host servers thrue them for some games. they have some of the worst service out there...

I tried nitrado a few days ago and had the same issue. I ended up getting a refund and went with g-portal hosting. Server has been running problem free eversince.
