Error "Couldn't start"

Hi all,

Yesterday I have been playing for non stop and been having a blast. But today the game suddenly can't start anymore. As soon as I try to start the game it shuts off and then shows me this error "could start. https://i.imgur.com/L0INJww.png

I've been trying to solve this the past 3 hours but it hasn't been working. What i've tried:
~Repair the files
~Deleted the game and reinstalled 3 times in total (different drives as well)
~Updated videocard + windows update
~Checked internet

Nothing seems to be working. I hope anyone of u have a solution for this. Thanks in advance!

I just got this error too

I launched the game about 12 hours ago before bed and had the same error. Tried the same things just now to troubleshoot and haven't had any luck. There was one launch where the game starts the loading screen then just exits abruptly, then goes back to the "Error Couldn't start:" prompt again. It's only on my account that's having the issue, my boyfriends account is running the game just fine.

I FOUND THE SOLUTION:
You need to disable your antivirus or make palworld an except.
It worked for me :)

Still nothing for me. Nothing work. I update everything, i verify the game, i reinstall it, i take my antiverus down and still nothing working.....

Not sure if its the same prob i had but when u start game dont click ok button let it load for a few till u c message change then hit ok. sounds stupid but it worked for me after doing all that stuff u did

im getting the same error message, even reinstalled multiple times, and a bunch of other things. also tried the anti virus exception. any other ideas outside of that?
