Can I use my steam account on 2 different PC's

IIRC You can run the dedicated server system on your PC in "anonymous mode" that allows for one account to both host the game and play it. But I could be wrong

You can. You gotta have the second in offline, but every maybe 2-5 months it gives you the choice of logging in into offline, or not being able to use it until you log in.

It's very fair in my opinion. Doesn't cost much for steam games either way.

trying to setup a full 64-128 player servers so i dont want my pc to get hit with performance as i want to play other games. so might as well make a new account and repurchase? the game again? already have a 5800x from my old build and a b550 motherboard, gonna pickup a 128gb3600mhz kit and a 1650 or any even better low profile no cable gpu.

Thanks man those elitest no help weren't helping. And yeah I am using steamcmd just wanted to know if I can use the same account for the server but still play in my pc with no perf hit

I can run dedicated Palworld on one PC and play on another. Just go offline on the dedicated PC on STEAM, start the server, and go. No extra copy needed.
