You don't need stamina to ride animals, so its useless.
yeah but you need it to swing a pickaxe or a sword or a spear or a stun baton
It recovers in like 2 seconds

You have enough for stun baton with basic 100. Pickaxe swinging is for pals, not for me. Later on you definitely need that hp to not die from a single queen bee tornado.
1000 carry weight
1000% work speed
after that i dont care, its all negligible. i find the more health you have the worse it is. I do better with no armor than with armor on.
I put at least 20 points into carry weight. There will always be a point where you need to go out and personally carry as much Ore/Coal/Sulfur/Quarts/Paldium as you can back to your main base.

You can also build your first base near ore, paldium, wood and berries. Then second near sulfur and so on.

I've done 5 cycles of speedrunning to late game.

The primary things to focus are Weight and Stamina. Do this if you want to maintain sanity.

I don't recommend HP because pals do devastating amounts of damage and you have the Halo shield to tank it. Having HP is only really worth it by late game when you can get hefty HP pendants so don't worry about it until your base has become a factory.

I also don't recommend investing into work speed unless you're actually going to utilize it. A lot of people are content just throwing pals and ignoring crafting, but if you like to rush builds and focus on efficiency then it's worth it.

Indeed you can. You know what you can't do? Build a chest close enough to the Palbox to access after teleporting. If you're carrying too much to move, you'll still have to drop some weight to store it in a chest. Also, you can't build a base around every resource you need, there's literally more resources than you are allowed bases.

I've got one base set around Ore and another around Coal, but I still need to venture out to gather Sulfur for making gunpowder, Quartz for making Chips, and Paldium for making Palsteel because refining the infinite stone that I have isn't fast enough, because I only have 15 pals per base and I can't specialize them because there are no supply lines connecting bases meaning every base has to be self-sufficient.

What do you need stamina for even? Once you got saddle you never walk on your legs anymore.

Weight without work speed? For what purpose?

Shield is not that fat to tank much and it only restores out of combat.

Well, it is pretty easy. You drop fat stacks numbering in thousands, go forward a bit, pick it up, repeat. Do it regularly on base when picking up wood and stone from mines.

I'm pretty sure there is at least 1 place which has 2 resource types at once. You have to explore before starting another base.

I know this can be a chore, but if you want to save pal resources then you could pick up and transfer food from your main base to another. Then you can use your pal for things other than farming. If you use cold storage, the food will last longer.

Slide-Gliding is way faster than mount riding and should be done whenever there's a slight incline. Mounts are great when you're going up-hill though.

Weight is best for lugging the thousands of pounds of ore you can pick up accidentally within a second. Always important because you're always be doing this.

Casual players use pals to craft. The points used for work speed are hardly worth it if you're not actively using it to push late-game faster. If that thought is even a consideration, then I recommend it. A lot of people don't care though, so running around longer is more beneficial.

Again, it's very subjective to your playstyle. Do what you think is best.

It will tank 100% of the damage of 1 hit before anything will cut into your HP. Shield will save your life a million times over. Consider surviving an HP hit your last chance to contain whatever situation you've stuck yourself in.

If you're getting hit a lot, you should invest into your actual capabilities rather than waste a skill point.
