How do you dismantle by accident? You have to consciously enter disassembly mode from the build mode or repeatedly whack stuff to remove anything. So to me dismantling anything by accident actually seems pretty hard to do.
Very easily... intend to delete one small thing (let's use wall torch as an example) and accidentally mouse veer too much and the wall gets clipped... or worse, something small on the ground and foundation gets clipped, etc. It happens. Now, deleting 10-20 things, that's a different story
