Probably never, though it would I think be pretty neat to play on Switch if it could be made to run on Switch
From the technical standpoint like i said needs lots of work like they did with NieR where all the Textures got changed and the entirety of the game got basically a complete overhaul on that regard. Also the latest Sonic exists on switch which is rather questionable but like i said it would need alot of work.
The Switch is still basically running Wii U hardware with a slightly improved custom GPU, meaning it's the equivalent of 10-15-year-old hardware which automatically underclocks itself in portable mode to use minimal power.
The fact that some of the prettier games like Mario Odyssey or the Zelda games run on that thing at all is down to a bunch of inventive programming and optimizing tricks to squeeze every last drop of performance and efficiency from the aging hardware
I doubt Palworld can be made to run on the Switch in a way where it's actually enjoyable to play.
