me constantly having to reassign a mf to medicine and building isn't a skill issue, it's either a problem with the ai, a lack of priority assignment or both. Rimworld is a good example of that
I expect in the future at least
also if ur gonna try and bait at least try to be annoying lol
it's not perfect but they did say they are going to keep making improvements to pal base ai.
Took me 30 minutes to get just one big drug to cure weakness because that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ kept walking off to go farm lmao
My main issue is the pals just not doing anything though, that and walking off cliffs for some reason
Or raids being pointless because they all ran towards me and then just stopped? Like they didn't even bother attacking lol
I've also taken to keeping general storage chests outside.
may have found out why they're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up so much lmao. I'll try rebuilding my base elsewhere and hope that works better.
- Pal runs to the base boundary and gets stuck there, turning back and forth until it starves.
- Nobody understanding that cliffs are in fact cliffs, resulting in enemy raids throwing themselves to death (from fall damage.)
- Everyone pathfinding through objects like defensive walls.
- Total inability for anyone to navigate stairs.
- Pals getting stuck on top of structures, like lamps.
- One enemy stopping during a raid, and three others running endlessly in circle around what I assume is the leader that they were following.
- Enemies running into walls for minutes when trying to flee.
This game doesn't just have bad pathfinding, it has complete lack of pathfinding. Hard to believe that that's still in this state after three years of development.
