I would think you'd have to test it first

The specs on this game are pretty decent. While the recommended specs are a GeForce GTX 1050 (2GB), and the 760 is pretty old.

Technicality wise. I think you might be cutting it with the 760 pretty dicey, but GPU benchmarks says it's within 1-10% performance.

Game still recommends 16 gb ram, might go down later after optimization since it's in early access.

Clearly something else is wrong. I am able to get 45-55fps on epic with my i7-2600k and gtx 1070.
